Are self-guided emotional check-ins enough to manage daily stress?
I’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately, juggling work and personal stuff. A friend mentioned that I should try doing daily emotional check-ins, and that got me curious. I used to think you needed a therapist or journal to really reflect properly, but now there are all these tools and apps out there. Someone even asked me, "Have you heard of Liven?" and I was like... no clue, what is liven even? I’m wondering if something like that could make the check-in process easier. Has anyone here used anything that helps keep emotions in check day by day?

Interesting topic, I’ve seen people discuss it a lot recently. Everyone seems to have their own approach, so it’s great to read different opinions here
