All members of The Friends of the Yellow Barn Studio are invited to exhibit work in the virtual Drawing & Water Media Show which will open on September 5, 2020.

Artists may submit two pieces of art (acrylics and water-based oils not included). The Yellow Barn will not take a commission. Sales will be arranged directly between the buyer and the artist. 

A People’s Choice Prize Award of $250 will be awarded for both a Friends Member and an a Yellow Barn Instructor.

When this exhibit goes up, there will be a flier members can use as an invitation and on their own social media to advertise the show.

Registration Details: 

. Please start your registration days ahead. Your FINAL submission/registration must be completed by August 28 deadline. If a correction is needed, please resubmit your registration (FINAL or last submission will go in the gallery). 

. Your name must appear within the image file name to assign with artist, and to tie with your registration information.  Once uploaded, the image of your artwork will not be displayed. Only your name and title of the .jpeg will appear.   

. If you need assistance in changing the title of your image, or with any part of registration please email us ahead at: info@friendsoftheyellowbarn.org. We are here and happy to help!   

Eligibility Requirements:

       · Your membership in the Friends must be current.

· Two original art works per artist allowed. All work must  be framed and under glass or plexi.

. All work must be drawing or water-based media. Mixed Media background accepted with main focus as drawing &  water media.

       · Photograph your work without frame or glass to avoid glare (image only).

       · Artist Name, Title, Medium, and Price are required for online submission form. 

       · Your photo file titles submitted for registration should contain your last name and the title of your art 

         (ie: Smith Spring Sunset.JPEG). 

· Artist accepts responsibility for arranging sale and delivery of the art work (or mail) to buyer. 

       . No acrylics nor water-based oils.

       . Art work entries must not have been used in a recent Friends show.
